CIERRA SMALL Obituary

Cierra Jinea Small, affectionately known as “Cece” passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of joy, warmth, and unforgettable memories on Monday, September 15, 2025, at the age of 37. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Waggaman, LA. Cierra graduated from YCP in 2005 and Hope Center in 2008, earning an OSHA Safety certificate. She was employed with PSC Group and was a valued Walmart employee for nine years. “CeCe”, was the life of the party—welcoming, vibrant, and full of laughter. She loved dancing, traveling, photography, gospel music, and spending time with “the boys.” She was known as the family’s mechanic and enjoyed creating TikTok videos, collecting shoes, and hosting loved ones. Her light will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Wife of Brianna Small. Beloved daughter of Deleree Small, Arthur Williams and the late Joseph V. Smith. Loving sister of Jodecy Small, Tashante’ Nellon, Georgia Fradieu, Stanley McKinney II, and Arthur Williams, Jr. Granddaughter of Brenda Small, Leontine Johnson, and Dorothy Perrilloux. Niece of Kia Jason-Ezeb, Shvonda Ezeb, Edward Ezeb, LaRoy Ezeb, and the late Arcell Small. Cousin of the late Dominique Bush. Best friend of April Dapremont. Cierra is also survived by her significant other Kenyana Johnson, her bonus sons Keydon and Kelzie, and a host of cousins, beloved pets, other relatives, and close friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
