Those left to cherish her memory include her husband; Richard F. Pruett of 54 years, her son Todd Pruett (Lisa), daughter Angela Pruett Bradley (Richard), daughter Regina Pruett Morrow, brother Bud Ledbetter (Geraldine). A niece Crystal Withrow, nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren, Lifelong friend Helen Rhodes and many loved ones near and far.
The funeral service will be at Oak Ridge Baptist church 3:00 P.M. Monday, July 7, 2025 with Reverend Lewis Jackson officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00P.M. Monday prior to the service. Interment will be private in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of The Carolina Foothills; P O Box 336; Forest City, NC 28043.

Uncle Richard I'm praying for you and all the family. I sure did love Aunt Clara. She was always happy to see me & would welcome me where ever we were at the moment with a big hug and a warm smile. She is home with Jesus now and I know when I see here there someday she'll be waiting with yet another smile and hug just for me. I love Uncle Richard.

I just heard of your passing Aunt Clara. I remember all the fun we had at your house during the summers. I miss going to the flea markets with you and having fun. I know I will see you in heaven. My prayers are with Uncle Richard and your real family and friends.
