Funeral services for CLIFFORD M. PAULES, 91, will be held at 10am Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Colyer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Marty Rostad officiating. Burial will follow in the Fort Laramie Cemetery with military honors. Cliff died July 11, 2025, at Torrington Community Hospital. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3pm to 5pm at the funeral home. Arrangements are by the Colyer Funeral Home and condolences may be sent to www.colyerfuneralhome.com. Cliff was born August 28, 1933, in Fort Laramie, Wyoming the son of Byron and Beula (Sampson) Paules. He grew up and received his education in Fort Laramie. He served in the US Army from 1954 to 1955. He married Lois Wilson on February 27, 1957, in Torrington, Wyoming. He worked for the Independence Mining in Elko, Nevada as a maintenance supervisor. He later worked for the City of Fort Laramie and the Pathfinder Irrigation District. Clifford was a very happy and friendly gentleman. He had the biggest and brightest smile, and it was always shining. He was a caring and loving man, always knew how to crack a joke and laugh along with others. He enjoyed spending time with the ones he loved. Cliff was a good man. He would have done anything for anybody if he thought he could help. There are no words to fully describe him, he was the best. Cliff is survived by his son Corey Paules; grandchildren Shari and Heather great grandchildren Dustin, Johnathan, Emma, Zoey and Brodie; great-great grandchildren Andrew and Mallique; brother Alvin; sister Annette; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Lois; brother Herb; sister Lilis; daughter Cindy; grandson Stanley; and great granddaughter Keelie.
