Clifton George Eldridge Jr of West Baldwin - a man known for his kindness, generosity and loving ways passed away July 1, 2025 from years of battling diabetes and other medical complications. He was born February 16th of 1964, in Portland, Maine.
The son of the late Clifton Eldridge Sr and Virginia Buzzell-Eldridge. Clifton attended Sacopee Valley schools in Hiram, Maine where he met his wonderful wife of 38 years, Lynn Libby-Eldridge and together they created a beautiful family.
Clifton was a loving father to Kayla and Katelyn Eldridge, Amber, Ayden and Alex Sargent, and two son in-laws Bryan Plourde and David Bliss.
Clifton worked as a well respected auto mechanic at Walkers Chevrolet in Kezer Falls for half his life before becoming disabled. Clifton was a family man whom always went above and beyond for all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was an extraordinary person who left an impact on so many. He found so much joy in helping others whenever he could as he was extremely selfless, attentive and humble.
Clifton loved family gatherings, playing corn hole, shooting pool and throwing darts; he loved fishing with his children, nephews and grandchildren. He enjoyed his motorcycle more than anything, however he prioritized his time to be spent with his family, especially towards the end of life. Cliff was a beloved husband, father, Beepa, brother, nephew, uncle and friend.
He is predeceased by his parents, his sister Lynn Foster, his uncle Philip Eldridge and his brother in-law Ronald Anthony along with many others he loved dearly.
Clifton is survived by his beloved wife and their five children. His grandchildren; Brody and Braylee Bliss, Decklyn Allman and Asher Plourde. His sisters Wanda Clark-Anthony, Belinda Sprague, and brother in-laws Gary Sprague and Harold Foster. Cliff leaves behind nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved beyond measure.
