Clint Eugene "Gene" Mullins, age 80, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025.
Gene was born on September 5, 1944, in Scottsburg, Indiana, to Clint and Charlotte (Voyles) Mullins. A 1962 graduate of Pekin High School, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Following his service, Gene dedicated many years to his work as a Plant Manager at Arpac Poultry. On September 28, 1963, he married the love of his life, Nancy, and together they made their home in Crandall, Indiana, where they spent most of their 61 years of marriage. In recent years, they resided in Jasper.
Gene was a member of Redemption Christian Church in Jasper. He enjoyed fishing, wintering at his Florida home, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Gene is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Mullins; two sons, Timothy Mullins (Erica VanCleave) and Stephen Mullins (Leah); grandchildren, Maranda Wesberry, Ashlen Adkins, Stephen Mullins Jr., and Clint Mullins (Taylor); great-grandson, Fred Wesberry III; and his brother, Charles Mullins.
A private family service was held to honor his life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gene's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
