Clyde Henning Obituary

Clyde Ross Henning, 76, of Inez passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025. He was born on March 25, 1949, in Victoria, Texas to the late Earl Henning and Gladys Haley Henning.
Clyde took pride in his work as a Tool Pusher where he supervised and managed the crew and daily operations on the oil rig. He also enjoyed remodeling and was very skillful at it. He loved to sing, dance, and play the guitar - country music was his favorite. He loved animals, especially dogs and horses. His last years were spent with his beloved dog and companion, Chico.
He is survived by his children, Clyde Ross Henning, Jr. (Marisa), Stacey Krause (Johnny), Justin Appleton (Heather); siblings, Brenda Maraggia and Ray Henning; and 6 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Gladys Haley Henning; siblings, Tom Henning, Helen Jo Robinson, Fred Henning, Clarence Henning, Jack Henning, Earline Goldsum, Charles Henning, Margaret Johnson, Edwin Henning, and Jimmie Lynn Aldridge.
Memorial Donations may be made in Clyde's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60601-7633.
Visitation will begin on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 10:30AM with Memorial Service to follow at 11:30AM at First Baptist Church, 902 Calhoun St., Port Lavaca.
