Shari Cherry Obituary
She was born on December 1st, 1960 in St. Louis to Gene and Diana Franke. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Dean Cherry; her two children Thomas (Ashley) Cherry and Michael Cherry; her grandson Colton; and her brother Scott Franke.
Shari spent most of her career as a teller at Southern Commercial Bank. In her younger years, Shari enjoyed playing softball, volleyball, and soccer. As she grew older she enjoyed bowling, camping with friends, traveling, dinners out, working in her yard, and a cold beer at a Cardinals game or on her back porch. Shari particularly loved spending time with her grandson, Colton. Shari had an easy-going personality. She will be missed by the many lives she touched.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 1st, from 3pm-7pm at the Arnold VFW. All who loved her are welcome to join.
