With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Cornelia "Connie" Ursula Bohn, who departed this life on January 19, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on October 14, 1964, in Germany, Connie made her way to the United States in 1992, where she established roots and flourished in her community in Hammond, WI.
Connie was a devoted caregiver, dedicating her life to the well-being of others, both in her professional career and personal life. Her nurturing spirit extended to everyone and everything she touched, and she found great joy in the service of others. Known for her incredible baking skills, Connie had a special knack for creating delicious dishes and could make gravy out of anything, earning her a cherished place in the hearts and kitchens of her family.
She is survived by her beloved; daughters Jessica Pandel and Alyssa Pandel; sons James Bohn and Kevin Bohn; sister Monica Zorn; brothers Daniel Schmidt, Thomas Pandel, and Kurt Pandel; close family friends James and Jennifer Bohn; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, with another on the way. Plus many friends and extended family members, ensuring that her spirit will live on in the lives she embraced and inspired.
Connie was preceded in death by her; parents Helmut & Lottie Pandel; cousin Elke
A private family viewing will be held at O'Connell Family Funeral Home in Baldwin.
