Curvin L. Tome, Jr., 85, of Bainbridge passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Born in Columbia, PA, he was the son of the late Curvin Tome, Sr. and Mary (King) Peters. He was the beloved husband of the late Helen S. Tome.
Curvin enjoyed dancing and listening to country music, you could usually catch him on the dance floor at the Marietta Legion. He liked to travel, especially on weekend trips to the mountains. Curvin, affectionately known to many as “Pap”, frequented the Columbia Restaurant and loved talking to friends there.
He is survived by his two daughters, Mary Gordon and Kay Moyer (Daryl); eight grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his son, Curvin Tome, III; two sisters, Mary Jane Swarr and Elizabeth Buser; in addition to his wife and parents.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 6-8PM at Smedley-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 29 N. Gay St., Marietta, PA 17547.
