Cynthia was a woman of many interests- dance, music and singing were just a few she loved.
Cynthia's legacy is carried on through her loving mother, Irene Phillips; devoted brothers, Darius, James and Jimmy Phillips; caring sisters, Vernetta and Ruth Phillips; her laughter lives on on the lives of her children, Norris Gates, Norissa Phillips, Brandon Phillipd, Destiny Brown and Keith Jackson; grandchildren, Ashanti Smith, Emandeze Smith, Corrissa Smith, Chanel Walker, Corey Phillips, ShyAnn Phillips, Brayden Parks, Janorri Gates, Javeon Gates, Norbria Gates, Nortez Gates, Noreon Gates, Nortavious Gates, Breyonce Gates, Norkell Gates and Nororon; great grandchildren, Ny'Tavious Smith and Ny'Year Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends will remember Big Thick GA laughter echoing forever. The grandkids will grow up hearing tales of their grandmother's funny antics, thoughtful gestures and her loving heart.
Those who knew Cynthia Phillips- Royal will remember her as the life of the party. The one who could always be counted on for a joke to lighten the mood or a helping hand when times were tough. Her thoughtfulness knew no bounds. Her loving why was her mom, Irene Phillips, they were two peas in a pod, you couldn't talk with one without the other. Everyone who knew Cynthia knew she loved her mother.
Cynthia was also called"Big Mom". Big Mom will be deeply missed and always in our heart. She was a big part of our family as we all know God wanted her. We will miss her cooking, as she loved to cook. Her kids will miss her deeply and love her forever- it is hard to let go but we know she got her wings.
Big Mom rest! Until we meet again.
