It is with heavy hearts but grateful spirits that we announce the departure of Cynthia Gay (Shuck) Stolz, affectionately known as Cindy, from this world on July 1, 2025. Born on October 17, 1960, in Seattle, WA, Cynthia was an adventurous soul who embraced life with an unyielding passion and a dedicated heart. She was a woman of profound faith, whose compassion was as vast as the Pacific, and her dedication as enduring as the towering evergreens of her beloved Washington state.
Cindy resided in Enumclaw, Washington for 42 years, where she, alongside her devoted husband John, built a prosperous dairy farm. This endeavor was not merely a business but a testament to her creativity and dedication. As a dairy farmer, she found joy in tending to her animals, nurturing her yard, and curating her flower beds. Her love for her farm was only rivaled by her passion for singing, a hobby that brought her immense joy and resonated delightfully with all those fortunate enough to hear her melodies. Cindy's singing was not just a hobby, but a refuge and a source of solace that filled her life with harmony and resonance.
Cindy's most significant achievement was not the farm she built or the songs she sang but the family she raised. Together with John, they raised three beautiful daughters, Leanna, Illene, and Michelle. Each one a testament to Cindy's unwavering love and steadfast dedication. She was a beacon of strength and an epitome of unconditional love for her family. Her compassionate nature and steadfast faith in God were the cornerstones of her life and the legacy she leaves behind. Cindy is survived by her husband, John; daughters, Leanna (Ed) Suhoversnik, Illene (Alan) Plaster, and Michelle (Drew) Fulk; and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elliot and Elsie Shuck and sister, Pam Squires.
Cindy's spirit, her love, and her memories are now a part of us, and though she might not be physically present, her legacy lives on in our hearts. We encourage all who knew and loved Cynthia to share your memories and photos on her memorial page. Your stories will serve as a beautiful testament to the adventurous, compassionate, dedicated, and creative woman that she was.
