She was born on September 17, 1938, to her parents, Eva Garcia Trevino and Pedro Villarreal Trevino. Dalia was a proud graduate of Benavides High School, Class of 1957. At an early age, she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and was a devoted member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
