Daljana (Tosevska) Tasevska, 60, of Lake Hiawatha, NJ passed away on Wednesday, June 25,
2025. Born in Bitola, Macedonia, she resided in the Village of Ivanjevci prior to emigrating to
the United States with her husband and children. She settled in Garfield before moving to Lake
Hiawatha where she built a warm and loving home.
An extraordinarily hard worker, Daljana enjoyed gardening- especially loved roses, soap operas,
movies and playing cards in her free time, but her greatest joy came from spending time with
her cherished family. She was strong, resilient, and the foundation for the family.
Prior to retiring, she was a machine operator in the food industry for many years and a pharmacy
technician before that.
Beloved wife of Ljupco Tasevski. Loving mother of Suzana Ivanoska and husband Daniel, and
Mende Tasevski. Adored grandmother of Christian and Victor Ivanoski. Dear sister of Bona
Bogdanoski. She is also predeceased by two brothers (Peter and Kiro), two sisters (Blaga and
Lena), along with her parents (Ilinka and Stojce Sekrevski.)
The family will receive relatives and friends Friday, June 27, 2025, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at
Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Avenue, Cedar Grove, NJ. A funeral service
is planned for Saturday, June 28, 2025, 9:00 a.m. at St. Nikola Macedonian Orthodox Church, 55
Wentick Street, Totowa, NJ. Interment will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery in Clifton.
