Lynda L. Martin Busby, age 81, born on December 6, 1944, passed away on September 26, 2025, at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond due to health complications.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Edith Bracy Martin; father, Wayne Martin; 2 daughters, Tammy Brown and Misty Busby.
Lynda passed away with her husband, William Busby; son, Chad Busby; and her sister, Brenda Torina; and many other family members by her side. She left behind 3 sons, Chad Busby, Aaron Busby, and Allen Busby; many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Lynda was kind and loving to everyone. She never met a stranger. She was full of life and always happy.
A Celebration of Life Services will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, Louisiana. The visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until the Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
She will truly by missed from all who knew her.
