Darla Dean Mullins, 58, of Lookout, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in a Beckley hospital.
Born August 26, 1966, at Beckley, she was the daughter of the late Frank Kincaid and Jacqueline Ethel (Robinson) Griffith.
Darla loved her grandchildren and her fur babies. She lived up to the saying “4’11 with a 12ft. attitude”.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her two nieces, Robin Nottingham and Cindy Lynn Thomas.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 11 years, Timothy R. Mullins; her daughter, Pamela Robertson and her husband, Jimmy of Lancaster County, PA; her son, Justin Neal and his wife, Shanna of Oak Hill; two stepsons, Jason Mullins and his wife, Jessica of Kimball and Nicholas Mullins of Morgantown; nine grandchildren, Ary, Leigh, and Dallas Robertson, Robert James Bentley Neal, Karsyn Clay Neal, Harley Marie Neal, Cecilia Wilson, Haelynn Monique Mullins, and Jameson Wyatt Mullins; one sister, Cindy Kincaid of North Carolina; and two brothers, Hank Kincaid of North Carolina and Ernest Kincaid of Oak Hill.
In keeping with Darla’s wishes, she will be cremated, and a celebration of life will be held at 12 Noon, Sunday, June 1, 2025 at the Mann's Creek Shelter at Babcock State Park.
