Darla Joann Powell, 63, 0f Williamsville, Missouri passed away September 20, 2024, in the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She was born November 23, 1960, in St. Louis, Missouri to the late George Darrell Adams and Audrey Fern "Blagg" Adams.
Darla had been a paralegal and had served as mayor of Naylor, Missouri in 1998, was a volunteer for Salvation Army and enjoyed making crafts for family and friends. She was a donor to help other people after her passing. She also enjoyed music, helping people with lodging without a home. She was a Southern Baptist.
she is survived by one daughter, Crystal Mayer of Williamsville, Missouri and Son, Nicholas Powell and wife Jenelle of Williamsville, Missouri, two sisters, Renee Nall and husband Albert of North Carolina and Nancy Marie Tuttle of St. Louis, Missouri as well as grandchildren, Dacey Fletcher and Liam Keele.
She is preceded death by her parents as well as two brothers, Robert Darrel Adams and William Ralph Adams.
Visitation for Darla will be Wednesday, September 25, 2024, starting at 11:00 am with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. all in the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Kinsey Cemetery near Harviell, Missouri.
