David Chabot Obituary

David R. Chabot, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on February 9, 1965, David lived a life full of hard work, adventure, and deep love for his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Connie Hill and Wayne Chabot, and by his brothers, Al Chabot and Mark Chabot.
David is survived by his devoted wife, Sandy Chabot, and their children: Jonathon Chabot, Jessica (and Elliott) Hope, and Christine (and Gus) Cartwright. He was a proud grandfather to Kassie Hope, Freyja Hope, and Berrett Cartwright, who brought endless joy to his life.
He is also lovingly remembered by his siblings: Daryl (and Pam) Chabot, Gordon (and Cynthia) Chabot, Irene (and Wildon) Grimshaw, Brad (and Theresa) Chabot, and Jan Paris.
David worked for many years as a plumber and was most recently employed at Boeing as a chemical plumber, where his dedication and expertise earned him great respect from his colleagues.
Outside of work, David's greatest passions were his family, the mountains, and his motorcycles. Whether riding through scenic landscapes or spending time with loved ones, David embraced life with a spirit of adventure and generosity that touched everyone he met.
