David Jones Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Dave was a CDL truck driver by trade but enjoyed telling stories, watching sports, reading westerns and listening to music. He was a "people person", always had a positive attitude and liked to make people laugh.
He was preceded in death by his parents, partner Ruth Straight and brother-in-law Raymond Robert DeAntonis.
Left to cherish his memory are his son David Duley (Kimberly Quarture), sister Jean Jones DeAntonis, nieces and nephews Victoria DeAntonis (George Gribben), Joseph DeAntonis and Christina DeAntonis, great nieces and nephew Gina, Michael and Mia DeAntonis, his partner Ruth's daughter Joy (Ray) Newman, her grandchildren Jennifer (Bill) and Josh (Amanda) Newman, great grandchildren and Karen Straight.
Family and friends can gather at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, on Saturday August 2, 2025, from 1:00 pm until the time of the Celebration of Life at 2:00 pm.
