Debbie Kay Poe, 68, of Tillar, AR, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. She was born on September 28, 1956, in Lake Village, AR, to her parents, David (Davie) Cleveland and Luether Webb. She was a Choir Director and a member of the Lake Village Singers and Community Choir. Debbie enjoyed reading but loved singing.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Bonus Father; D. H. Byrd; a brother, Dwaine Edward Cleveland; a son, Ryterrance Bernard Walton; and a sister-in-law, Bessie Ann Cleveland.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Earl Poe of Tillar, AR; sons, Reginald Cleveland Poe of Pensacola, Florida and Eric Walton of New Mexico; brothers, Dwight Cleveland (Marie) of Atlanta, GA, Kimmie Ray Cleveland (Ellean) of Pine Bluff, AR, Douglas Cleveland of Conway, AR, and Eddie Lee McCloyen of Lewisville, Texas; a special daughter in heart, Joyce Harris (Mike) of Bastrop, LA; nine grandchildren; and a special close friend, Gwendolyn Armour Smith.
The Pallbearers are Demund Cleveland, Kevin Cleveland, Kyle Cleveland, Arthur Bailey IV, Al Bailey and Kevin Williams. An Honorary Pallbearer Tyrell Cleveland.
A Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. on July 5, 2025, at Bishop-King Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at New Cemetery under the direction Of Bishop-King Funeral Home.
