Debbie (Williams) Fulks Wiley, age 55 of Louisville passed away Monday, June 30, 2025.
She was a 1988 Henry County High School Graduate; a Band Mom. She was an avid tennis player with several championship wins. Debbie was also one of Billy Bob’s Baby Dolls Softball Team Players. Debbie loved her family and living life to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Sons: Drew Fulks & Thomas Wiley
Mother: Phyllis Williams
Father: Gerry Williams & Vickye
Sister: Tina Hacker & Brian
Grandchildren: Annsley, Skylar & Alivia MacKenzie
Visitation: 1 to 5 PM on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life: 5 PM on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
Graveside Burial: 2 PM on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Hwy., Louisville, KY 40216.
Memorial Contributions: In lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation. You can donate online at www.cerebralpalsyfoundation.org or you can mail your donation to: Cerebral Palsy Foundation, 3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019.
