Deborah Kisamore Roeglin, 70, of Caldwell, Texas, formerly of Elgin, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on March 13, 1955, she was the beloved daughter of Emma Jean Nall and Lindsey Kisamore.
Deborah, also lovingly referred to as “Momo”, known for her warmth, quick wit, and unforgettable sense of humor, touched the lives of everyone she met. Her outgoing and loving spirit made her one of a kind, a friend to many, a comfort to all, and the heart of her family.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Randall Roeglin; her beloved daughters, Valerie and Michele; her stepchildren, Rene and Scott; her cherished grandchildren, Zachary, Emma, Elijah, Coltin, Bradley, Audrey, and Gracelynn; her great grandson, Noah; her brother, Kenneth; and numerous nieces and nephews, who all brought her so much joy.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents; her brother, James Kisamore; her sister, Barbara Mills; and her grandson, Isaiah Rhoades, whom she was eager to reunite with one day. She also leaves behind her treasured dogs, Murphy and Misty, who were never far from her side.
Deborah dedicated her professional life to helping others, working for many years at the Austin State School, and later with Williamson County Juvenile Services, where she retired from both agencies with pride. Beyond her career, she lived her faith wholeheartedly and was an active member of Prince of Peace Wuthrich Hill Lutheran Church.
Above all else, Deborah loved her family fiercely and unconditionally. Her nurturing heart, deep Christian faith, and radiant personality will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.
