Debra K. King, 67, of Greenwich, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 20, 1958, in Mansfield, Ohio to the late James Zinn and Janice (Shrader).
Everyone's "grandma", Deb was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. She cherished time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and enjoyed crafts, "The Andy Griffith Show", thrift shopping, teddy bears, and animals (from a distance). Deb was stubborn, determined, and always there for her family and friends. She was a hard worker, she worked for many years at Forest Machine, and later retired from Samaritan Hospital, where she was a housekeeper.
Deb is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Dannie King, of Greenwich; daughter, Angela (David) Medved; son, Douglas Caudell; grandchildren, Taylor (Ben) Caudell, Jacob (Wanda Reece) Conley, Kaden (Mariah) Caudell, and Kaylee Caudell; siblings, James Carsey and Donald Zinn; aunt and uncle, Carol (Dick) Shrader; good friends, Ruth and David Olar; great grandchild, Myla May Conley, and soon to be, Delilah; as well as numerous in-laws, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her stepfather, James Carsey.
In keeping with Deb's wishes she will be cremated with no public services planned at this time. Memorial donations in her memory may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44106. Eastman Funeral Home, Greenwich is honored to assist the family with Deb's final care and arrangements. Online expressions of sympathy may be made by visiting: www.eastmanfuneralhome.com
