Delores Jean Glover was born on November 13, 1958, in Kaufman, Texas. She was the daughter of George Edwin Dixon and Marilyn Jean Rhodes. Delores was loved by her family and friends. She was a great wife, sister, mother, granny, and great-granny.

She was our rock, our friend when we needed one, she welcomed everyone with a love that never faded, her heart was big, her faith was strong, and her determination and compassion inspired us all. She enjoyed fishing, playing slot machines at the casinos, bingo, and loved hanging with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Delores passed away early Wednesday morning May 28th, 2025, at her home in Princeton, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents George Dixon and Marilyn Rhodes, brother Mickey Dixon, sister Marilyn Dixon, and great-grandchild Kailani Anne Sipes.

Delores is survived by her husband Rickie Lee Glover of Princeton, TX. Two sons Andrew Glover and wife Cheri of Princeton, TX, and Christopher Glover and wife Kristin of Princeton, TX, and one daughter Tonya Sipes, and husband Jay of Princeton, TX. She also had eleven grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, her cousin Leta Kay “Sissy”, three sisters Leta Gaddis and husband Wayne of Ennis, TX, Sheila Lockhart and husband Bobby of Altoga, TX, and Becky Welborn and husband Stephen of Princeton, TX, Seven nephews, five nieces, ten great-nieces, nine great-nephews, and numerous friends.
