Dene M. Feller, 75, formerly of Amboy, passed away at 12:55 AM, Thursday, June 12, 2025 at her sister Leta's home in Logansport. She was born in Logansport on May 5, 1950, the daughter of Ralph and Betty Clark Cotner. Dene married Ronald Feller in Wichita Falls, TX, on June 8, 1968 and he preceded her in death on April 28, 2015. Dene graduated from Pioneer High School in 1968 and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a retired clerk at Hills Department Store in Kokomo and a former employee of the Amboy Market. Following the death of her husband, Ron, Dene moved to Logansport to live with her sister Leta and assist in caring for Leta's husband Arv. She was selfless in her life, genuine in her interest and care for her family. Dene was a 1985 Indiana State Archery Champion and an avid reader. As an artist, she enjoyed quilting, sewing, and painting pictures. Dene was always willing and ready to help wherever needed. Surviving in addition to her sister Leta, is a son Brian Feller of Kokomo; grandchildren Abigail Feller and Destine Feller; a great-grandson Jace Feller; siblings Gayle (Greg) Gorrell of Ashland, OH, Rick (Marcia) Cotner of Logansport, Marta (Kane) Smiley of Logansport, and Mark (Wendy) Cotner of Logansport. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ron, a son Ronald "Alan" Feller Jr., and a brother-in-law Arv Jasmantas. A graveside service for Dene Feller will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, June 16, 2025, at the Park Lawn Cemetery, Amboy, IN, with Bishop Jack Heywood officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Laird-Eddy Funeral Home, 201 N Main St. Amboy, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to Miami County Helping Hands.
