Derek Robert Hernandez, 37, of San Jose, California passed away on February 15, 2025.
Derek was born in San Jose, California on April 1, 1987, to Laura Rapolla. He went to high school at Evergreen Valley High School in San Jose and graduated in 2005. Derek an avid sports fan, loved all sports. Football and basketball were his favorite with The Lakers being his favorite team.
Derek is survived by his mother Laura Rapolla, older brother Rudy Hernandez, twin brother Ryan Hernandez, and sister Tammie Baldwin. Derek also leaves behind 6 nieces and 4 nephews. Services for Derek will be held on Thursday, February 27 at 3 PM at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home, Hollister, California.
