Diane A. Tennyson, 78, of Cambria, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Herrin Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 21, 2025, at Cambria Christian Church, with Pastor Jeff Wiggs officiating.
Memorial contributions can be made to Cambria Christian Church C3 Youth Group.
Diane was born on October 27, 1946, in Berkley, California, to Frank and Barbara (Wyse) Dahnert. On June 1, 1969, she married Daniel Ray Tennyson in Oakland, California.
She is survived by her husband, Dan Tennyson; daughters, Debbi Tripp, Donna (Brian) Shotton, and Kelly (Greg) Seng; grandchildren, Austin, Autumn, Orion, Meris, Alayna, and Zoey; and great-granddaughter, Audrey.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Edward Dahnert.
Diane had a successful career as a bookkeeper and H.R. Specialist for over 20 years with several different companies, working most of her time for DXR Development in Carbondale. She was a dedicated member of Cambria Christian Church and enjoyed scrapbooking in her spare time.
