He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia Craig, daughter, Michelle Haden, Lexington, Son, Kevin McDaniel, Morehead, sister, Peggy Winchester, Nicholasville, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death in addition to his parents, siblings, Linda Burton, and Jimmy McDaniel.
Memorial services will be 1:00 pm, Friday, October 24, 2025 at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and leave condolence on Don's tribute wall.
