Donald Lee Davis, age 88, of Mountain, Wisconsin, passed away on July 2, 2025. Don was born April 14, 1937 in Carter, Wisconsin to the late Lee and Verba (McDaniel) Davis.
He spent most of his life in the Mountain area and as much time as possible outdoors. He worked primarily in logging and construction. In his free time, Don loved hunting, fishing, cutting firewood, gardening anything that kept him outdoors. He knew many people and had the knack for conversation, which he always enjoyed. Up until a couple of years ago, if there was music playing, you'd likely find him on the dance floor.
Don is survived by his sister, Donna; his biological children, Kandee (Bryan) Wilcox, Tracy (Mike) Fidler, Doug (Lisa) Davis, and Keith Davis; his children through marriage, Cathy (Henry) Colon, Bob (Cathy) Beaudin, Jim (Violet) Beaudin and Jeff (Evelyn) Beaudin; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Don was preceded in death by his first wife, Yvonne (Sperberg); second wife, Patricia (Isadore); six children, Jolene, Merton, Billy, Donald, son and daughter, Jackie and Delia in infancy; and five siblings, LeRoy, Audrey, Sis, Kenny, and Leslie.
Honoring Don's wishes, there won't be a funeral but instead a celebration of his life to be announced at a later date.
