Donald Wells Obituary

Mr. Wells was born on October 7, 1940, in Roanoke to the late Roy & Ruby Hartman Wells. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was retired after many years from Lewis Gale Medical Center. He also worked as a policeman, deputy sheriff, data coordinator, and brakeman & conductor with the railroad.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Michael Wells; and sister, Shirley McCoy.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda Wells; sons, Gregory (Jessica) (William) (Robin) Wells and Jay (Christine) Wells; brothers, Sonny (Carolyn) Wells, Toby (Nancy) Wells, Sandy (Sue) Wells, and Skip (Pam) Wells.
His remains will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
