Donna S. Ashby, age 87 of Uniontown, KY passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at her home. She was born September 9, 1937 in Ironton, Ohio to Donald & Lillian Jarrell Butler. She attended Uniontown Methodist Church. She had served as mail clerk at Earle C. Clements Job Corps. Donna enjoyed reading, crosswords, and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands Fred "Jack" Johnson and Gary Ashby; grandson Stephan Jennings; brother Ronnie Butler

Funeral service will be 1 PM Sunday, July 6, 2025 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield, KY. Ryan McBride, Bro Steve Hale, and Brother Don House will officiate.
Visitation will be 10 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Uniontown city Cemetery.
