Mrs. Dorothy Elezabeth (Ellie) Gentry Castile, age 30, passed away July 24, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 PM, Monday, July 28, 2025, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Jimmy Kesey will be officiating. The family will receive visitors 11 AM until service time Monay at the funeral home. Dorothy was born October 12, 1994, in Tullahoma, TN. Preceded in death by her mother, Renee Gentry McCormick; her grandfather, Mike Gentry, great grandparents-Ward and Dot Coats, Jr, George and Marie Gentry. She is survived by her husband, Trevor Castile, children, Harley, Rylan and Charlie Castile, of Shelbyville, her grandmother, Brenda Coats (Graham) Bland of Wartrace, her chosen brother, Brandon Boston,of Dunlap, her father-in-law, Charles Castile, of Normandy, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is also survived by the village that helped raise her after her mother died when she was 8 years old-namely, Angie and Brian Bruce, Kim Fuller, Jason & Gretchen Gentry, Sam and Gena Coats, Paul and Melissa Tibbs. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.

To Ellie's family, I an saddened at your loss and for my loss of a friend and a wonderful lady! I thought the world of her even though we weren't around each other for a great length of time! Her sense of humor and support for me and others around her was amazing. I am so sorry I was unable to ne there to say farewell in person.
