Obituary of Dorothy A. Jaskolski
Dorothy A. Jaskolski, 96, of Short Hills, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ.
Born in Camden, NJ, Mrs. Jaskolski lived for many years in Cinnaminson before moving to Short Hills 18 years ago. She was a devoted member of St. Rose of Lima Church, where she participated in the Life Lighters group and was a former member of the church choir. She was also actively involved in the Summit College Club. She tended her "small farm" in the Millburn Community Garden, a project of the Short Hills Garden Club.
Dorothy is survived by her beloved daughter Janet J. Mangano and her husband Charlie; cherished grandsons Mark Mangano (Dawn) and Andrew Mangano (Yi Zhang); and four adored great-granddaughters: Chiara, Lucy, Alice, and Alessia Mangano.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18 from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Avenue, Short Hills, NJ, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place on Monday, July 21 at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Blackwood, NJ.
