Eddy St. Pierre, age 83, of Berwick, Maine, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, June 9, 2025 at Pinnacle Nursing Home in North Berwick, Maine. He enjoyed his many cousins, both American and Canadian ones, especially Mariette(St. Pierre) Coolidge of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Lucille(Savoie) Grenier of Norbertville, Canada. Eddy was predeceased by his parents Clara and Lucien St. Pierre and his brother Rene St. Pierre. First and foremost Eddy was a dedicated farmer- he loved working the family farm. He also worked as manager of the Woodbury Stop-n-Go convenience store in Portsmouth, N.H. for many years. Shortly after retirement he and his wife became "Snow Birds" in Zephyrhills, Florida, for 22 years where he enjoyed warm weather, playing poker with many friends. He enjoyed traveling to Canada and a river cruise to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. A funeral mass will be celebrated on June 19th at 1:00 pm in Somersworth, N.H., at St. Martin Church, followed by burial in Mount Calvary cemetery. His wife, Monique, would like to thank the staff at Pinnacle Nursing Home, for the special and excellent care they gave Eddy during his short time there. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to charities of your choice.
