Isabella Elizabeth (Mimms) Helton, 80, of Crab Orchard, passed away Monday, December 5th, at the Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville. She was the widow of Pearl S. Helton who preceded her in death on February 3, 2006. Elizabeth was born in Stanford, Kentucky to the late Oneida B. (Johnson) & William Gaines Mimms. Before marriage Elizabeth worked several years at Cowden's manufacturing.
She was a member of the Stanford Church of God and when able she also attended The Crab Orchard Pentecostal Church and the Emmanuel Baptist Church. She loved Jesus and was strong in her faith. She would share her testimony every chance possible. Elizabeth was very thoughtful, compassionate and giving and would donate to many charities in her lifetime including St. Jude, Boys Town, Navigators, the Lakota Indian School, the Judicial Watch and many more. Elizabeth was a pro-life advocator who loved her family dearly and will be missed by many friends and family

Oneida Helton-Peck & Husband, Thomas
and Catherine Vanessa Helton Sneed both of Stanford
a Sister, Lillie Mae Richards
a Granddaughter, Cianna Elizabeth Hunter Sneed
a Grandson, Anthony Thomas Peck
In addition to her husband and parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by three of her siblings including Margaret Willine Reynolds, Ellen Sue Lynn and Doris Jean Fletcher.
Pallbearers Include: Lovell Fields, Anthony Peck, Cianna Elizabeth Hunter Sneed, Thomas Ray Peck, Stevie Hale and Larry Bailey
Honorary Pallbearers: Benny Ray Petrey, Parker Jacob, Bro. George Sears, James Thomas Adkins, and Patricia Masden
Funeral Services: 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 8, 2022
Place of Service: McKnight Funeral Home Chapel
Officiating Minister: Bro. John Erwin
Place of Burial: Crab Orchard Cemetery
Visitation will be from 5 until 9 pm on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at McKnight Funeral Home
