passed away on August 3,2025. He was born on October 11,1952 in Victoria,Texas, to the late Miguel "Mike" Ramirez and Elouisa Robles Ramirez.
Elias is survived by his daughter,Melissa Cisneros of Victoria,Tx; his sister Gloria Ramirez of Victoria ,Tx;and his brothers Ruben Ramirez and Jesse Ramirez of Victoria,Tx
He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving significant other Dolores Salazar; his sister Pauline Cuellar; and his brothers Mike Ramirez,Robert Ramirez,Joe Ramirez; Raymond Ramirez; Ismael Ramirez
Visitation will begin on Friday August 15, 2025, at 5:00pm with Holy Rosary to be recited at 6pm at Angel Lucy's Funeral Home in Victoria Texas. Continued visitation will begin on Saturday August 16,2025, 8:15AM and a Funeral Mass to begin at 9:00AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Burial to follow at San Jose Cemetery in Bloomington Texas.
Pallbearers will be Benny Ramirez,Chris Ramirez,Brandon Ramirez,Joey Ramirez,Jesse Ramirez Jr,Martin Ramirez.
Elias will be remember for his hard work ethic his warmth,strength,and loving character and the love he shared with his family and friends. He spent his final days doing what he loved most watching movies,hanging out and fishing with his Godson Chris Ramirez and nephew Brandon Ramirez. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
