Elisa Ann Daniels Dorn, 65, of Vidor, TX, previously of Arkansas, departed from this earth to join with Jesus on Thursday, July 3, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
I was born on November 18, 1959 to James Oliver, “J.O.” Daniels and Dollie Geneva Munnerlyn Daniels, in Carlisle, Arkansas.
I am proceeded in death by my father, J.O. Daniels, two brothers, Leonard Roy Daniels, and Marvin Eugene Daniels, my grandpa, Lloyd Henry Munnerlyn, my grandma, “Granny M” Nettie Clotine Munnerlyn, my grandpa James Oliver Daniel, Sr. “Bunk” and my grandma Gracie West Daniel.
I am survived by my loving mother, Dollie Geneva Munnerlyn Daniels Cole and one brother, Loyd Richard Daniels, both of Beebe, Arkansas.
I am survived by my husband, John Earl Dorn, Sr., of Vidor, TX., two children, daughter Lisa Danielle’ Null Hunter, of Searcy, Arkansas and son, Christopher James “C.J.”Tounzen, of Sherwood, Arkansas. Grandchildren, Haven Hunter (Sabrina), Daylon Hunter, Brooklynn Meredith, all of Lonoke, Arkansas, Anthony Morris (Abbie), of McKinney, TX, and one great grandson, Hayes Hunter, of Lonoke, Arkansas, along with numerous nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.
I am a graduate of Carlisle High School, Class of 1978.
My celebration of life service will be held Monday, July 7, 2025 at Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke, Arkansas at 11:00 am. Visitation is for family and close friends only at 10:00 am. Burial at Hamilton Cemetery in Carlisle, Arkansas.
