Liz Sassani is predeceased by her parents Frank and Elizabeth Sassani. Surviving are her husband and companion of over 30 years Louis Scala, her sisters Anita Putrino and her husband Anthony, Kathy Ferrante and her husband Nick; her nephews Frank Putrino and fiancé Gabby, Nicholas Ferrante and wife Devin, and Joseph Ferrante and wife Rachel; her devoted cousin Florrie Sassani and his wife Kelly. Also surviving are many other nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Services will be private under the direction of Mastapeter Memorial Home, Bayville.
Donations in Elizabeth's memory to The Popcorn Park Zoo, AHS Cares. 1 Humane Way, Forked River, NJ 08731 would be greatly appreciated.
