Eugene A. Czajka, age 96, of Littleton, CO, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025. He was born on June 21, 1929, in Detroit, Michigan, to John and Katazyna Czajka. He leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, ingenuity, and quiet service. He married Iris Peeples in 1957, and together they raised six children and shared many wonderful years. Eugene is survived by his children: Dennis (Sharon) Czajka, Ron (Susan) Czajka, Greg Czajka, Janice (John) Stege, and Nancy (Wesley) Muntz; sixteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Gail, his wife Iris, and his siblings Jenny, Helen, and Stephen. Eugene worked at Chrysler and later at Jones and Laughlin Steel Company for 30 years. After retiring in 1982, he spent time in Michigan, Colorado, and Arizona. He enjoyed being with family and friends, watching westerns, and cooking meals for his family, including bacon and eggs every morning. He also loved spending time outdoors, gardening, and hiking fourteeners in Colorado and Camelback Mountain in Arizona. Eugene will be remembered for his warm heart, generous spirit, and incredible strength. He was known for his kindness to both people and animals, as well as his loving and loyal nature.

Our Dad, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Husband, Brother, Son, and Friend lived his life with a servant's heart and taught all of us through example how to serve and make sacrifices for family and others. He never complained or said anything against anyone. He never asked for anything but freely shared his gifts and talents. I know each of us carry a piece of his legacy in our hearts and honor him in how we live. Even as our Lord called him home to eternal life he lived strong until the gift of healing and peace.
1 Peter
8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
9 Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.
10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.
11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen. www.dryerfuneralhomeholly.com
