Cindy was born April 11, 1954 in Sumter, SC to the late James & Eva Moore. She enjoyed cooking, flower gardening and most of all her family. She was also preceded in death by her Sister, Karen Collette.
Survived by: Husband, John Duncan-Carthage, TN; Sons, Timothy (Jill) Duncan-Russellville, KY and Matthew Duncan-Carthage, TN; Daughters, Amy (Tommy) Shelton-Lebanon, TN and Dana (Steven) Putty-Lebanon, TN; Step Son, John (Rivane) Duncan Jr.-Lebanon, TN; Step Daughter, Dorris Maynard-Scottsville, KY; Grandchildren, Spencer Hasty, Carly Duncan, Kaylyn Shelton and Christian Duncan; Great Grandchild, Karmen Crenshaw; Brothers, James Moore Jr.-Adairville, KY, Bobby Moore-Russellville, KY and Duane (Penny) Moore-Adairville, KY; Sisters, Pamela Moore-Russellville, KY and Susan (Billy) Gaskin-Frisco, TX and Many Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Monday, August 4, 2025 conducted by Bro. Frank Bratcher. Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 11 AM to service time Monday.
