Funeral Service for Flora Clara Robinson, 42, of Summit, South Dakota will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Community Center, Agency Village, SD with CRE Gerald Heminger Jr. officiating. Drum Group will be Noisy Bear. Pall Bearers will be Dayne Price, Bobbie Blackthunder, Randy Price, Eric Frenier, Algin Blackthunder and Criag Blackthunder. Honorary Pall Bearers will be All of Flora's Friends and Family. There will be All Night Wakes on Sunday, June 22nd and Monday, June 23rd starting at 7:00 P.M. at the SWO Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, SD. Interment will be in the Sisseton Wahpeton Traditional Burial Grounds, Sisseton, SD. The Cahill Funeral Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.
Flora Clara Robinson was born on July 11, 1982, in Sisseton, SD to Melorene Blackthunder and Martin Lawrence Eagle. She grew up in Sisseton where she attended Tiospa Zina Tribal School. Then she moved to Aberdeen for five years where she attended Simons Jr. High School. They returned to Sisseton where she worked at Dakota Magic, Dakota Sioux Casino, and Schlitz Food. Four years ago, she moved to Summit where she made her home until she passed away on June 18, 2025 at Ava's House in Sioux Falls, SD. Her hobbies were watching scary movies, spending time taking walks with her kids, gardening, camping, fishing, and going to Pow-Wows.
Flora is survived by her two children Dayne Price and Dlayne Price of Summit, SD; her Mother Melorene Blackthunder and Step-father Robin Lawrence of Sisseton, SD; one brother Bobbie Blackthunder of Summit, SD; one sister Raylene Eagle of Sisseton, SD; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Flora was preceded in death by her father Martin Eagle, and niece Selena White.
