Forrest M. Alumbaugh, age 63, of Eldon, passed away July 13, 2025, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. He was born September 18, 1961, in Versailles, son of the late Robert Lee and Reva Dean (James) Alumbaugh.
On September 18, 1983, in Gravois Mills, he was united in marriage to his surviving wife, Francis K. (Kelsay) Alumbaugh.
He attended the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Osage Beach.
A skilled mechanic and devoted motorcycle enthusiast, he found joy in the open road and open water. Always active and willing to lend a hand, he was the kind of person who never stopped moving and never stopped giving. His generous spirit and hardworking nature touched the lives of many and his presence will be deeply missed.
In addition to his wife, Francis, he is survived by his children, Forrest L. Alumbaugh (Sierra Iiams) of Laurie, Missouri and Deana R. Alumbaugh (Daniel) of Eldon, Missouri; grandchildren, Jupiter, Evelyn, Forrest, Kensley, Chris, Shane and Terry and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Forrest's life will be held at a later date.
