She was 70 years old. Frances’s education began in Kirkland, where she attended school, eventually earning a business degree from Rock Valley College. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for her successful career. She devoted many years of her career to serving the state of Illinois unemployment office, demonstrating commitment and hard work throughout her professional life. She wed William J. Burns Jr. on April 19, 1980, at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Loves Park, Illinois. Frances cherished the moments spent with close friends, particularly enjoying memorable potlucks and dancing at various functions. These social gatherings brought her much joy and allowed her to forge lasting connections with those around her. Throughout her life, Frances held a deep passion for riding horses, a love she embraced during her younger years. She also developed a collection of horse memorabilia that adorned her and Bill’s home. Alongside this, Frances had a particular fondness for dogs, reflecting her warm-hearted nature. Frances took great pride in her role as a mother and grandmother, her family's well-being and happiness were always at the forefront of her mind. Her leisure time was often spent indulging in movies and game shows, activities that brought her entertainment and relaxation.
