Frances is survived by her two sons, Ronald (Lisa} Spears and Lawler Spears both of Bogalusa, LA; her sister, Amy (Todd) Richardson Wells of Poplarville, MS; her grandchildren, Colby (Jeanna) Spears, Zane Spears, and Allisa (Mesa) Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Addison Simmons, Maddox, Lila, and Annalisa Mitchell.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald E. Spears; her parents, Deltra and Mary Frances Richardson; and her two sons, Bruce Kevin and Darrin Todd Spears.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Ponemah Cemetery at 3:30 P.M.
