Frank Dayton Stuart, 89, peacefully entered heaven’s glory on October 14, 2025, at Neawanna By The Sea assisted living in Seaside, Oregon.

Frank was born on May 12th, 1936, in Spokane, Washington, to Frank and Florence Stuart. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonny, and is survived by his three children, Robin Wooldridge, Joseph, and Scott; and eight grandchildren, Dayton, Bryce, Michael, Alexander, Hannah, Abigail, Elizabeth, and Matthew. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Carol Fletcher.

Frank graduated from Colfax High School in Colfax, Washington. He then attended Washington State College, now WSU, and graduated in 1959 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy.

Frank and Bonny were married on May 3rd, 1964, and purchased Pioneer Drug in Washtucna, Washington. They lived in Washtucna for 25 years, where they raised their family, and then moved to Seaside, Oregon, in 1989 after purchasing Holladay Drug. They operated Holladay Drug through 2003, at which time they sold to Hi-School Pharmacy. Frank continued to work part-time for various pharmacies on the North Coast until retiring in 2017.

Frank loved God and loved people. He spent his life serving others, and he loved attending numerous churches and Bible studies. He was a humble man of prayer and wanted everyone to experience the same amazing grace and joy that defined his life. His favorite verse from the Bible was Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Frank was truly a patriarch of faith in his family, which continues to his children and his grandchildren. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Frank on Saturday, November 1, at 2:00 pm, at River of Life Fellowship, 1000 Avenue F, Seaside, Oregon.
