Richard Free Obituary

Richard J. Free, 65, of Clarks Summit, passed away on Sept. 2, 2025 at the Geisinger CMC Hospital, Scranton.

Born in Jersey City, N.J., he was the son of Charles Free and the late Lorraine Scavone Free.

Surviving, in addition to his father, is his brother, Michael, and his wife, Beverly Free, Springbrook Township.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Monica's Parish, 363 W. 8th St., West Wyoming, with the Rev. Peter Tomczak, pastor, as celebrant.

Interment will follow at Middle Creek Brethren Cemetery, 351 Middle Creek Rd., Lititz, Pa.
