Age 69, of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, passed away on January 16, 2025. He was born on August 12, 1955, in Stillwater, Minnesota, to parents Peter and Velma Pfannes.
Fred is preceded in death by his wife, Debra, in 2011; father, Peter Pfannes Sr.; and brother, Peter Pfannes Jr.
He is survived by his significant other, Cindy Anderson, and her children, Randy, Greg, and Tracy; his special grandchildren; his mother, Velma Lynch; siblings, Larry (Diane) Pfannes, Jeff (Joli) Pfannes, Jenny (John) Leonard, Barb (Herman) Bohn, Daniel Pfannes, and Chris (Debra) Pfannes; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Fred was the proud owner of River City Design, where he passionately served his clients for many years. The family would like to thank his many clients for their trust and support throughout the years.
Fred had a love for riding his motorcycle and restoring older vehicles with family and friends. His creativity shone through in his work and hobbies, and he especially enjoyed visiting with people and sharing stories.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Fred's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at First United Methodist Church in Lindstrom, Minnesota, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, will take place in the spring.
