Garland is survived by his children, Demetrick, Dean, Karina, Daniel, and Matthew, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife Ellen Fuller Knight, granddaughter Elizabeth, and siblings Maxine, Marie, Virginia, Robert, Arthur, Katherine, Norma, Doris, Frieda, Betty, Carl, and Dale
Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Grandview Cemetery beginning at 1:00 p.m. Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
