Garry C. Frederick, age 80, of Colerain Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7, 2025. Born on June 22, 1945, in Casey County, Kentucky, to Lester and Marie (née Spears) Frederick, Garry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he worked for many years as a processor at Avon, where he was a dedicated and valued employee.
In 1969, Garry married the love of his life, Wanda (née Patton) Frederick, and together they built a life rooted in love, family, and quiet strength. He was the proud father of Tonya Esau and a devoted grandfather to Abigail, Luke, Nikolas, and Ella Esau. His grandchildren were truly the joy of his life - he adored spending time with them and found his greatest happiness in being their Papa. Nothing compared to the love he had for them.
Garry was also the beloved brother of Janice Milbern and a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He attended Central Baptist Church for many years, where he formed many lasting friendships and was part of a loving church community that meant a great deal to him. Garry loved everyone who was in his life, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 11 AM until the time of service at 12 PM at Neidhard Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, on Friday, July 11, 2025.
In honor of Garry's memory, memorial donations may be made to the American Stroke Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692, or online at www.stroke.org.
