Georgia was born on April 5, 1935, in Center Harbor, NH, the daughter of the late Rutherford B. Anderson, Jr., and Dorothy (Nickleson) Anderson.
Georgia was a NH State Commission Indian Affairs Member, NH Intertribal National Council Member and a Laconia Indian Historical Associate Lifetime Member. She worked as a certified executive chef for over 40 years.
Georgia is survived by her daughter H. Leigh Edwards; sister Lynda McKenna; grandchildren Jayme Corliss and Ian Edwards; great-grandchildren Jakeob, Julia, and Jillian; and great-greatgrandchild Star Keith. In addition to her parents, Georgia is predeceased by her brothers George Rutherford Anderson and John Rutherford Anderson; sisters June Elizabeth Richardson, Beverly Louise Newall, and Eva Berwick; and son Stephen Jay Edwards.
There will be no services.
