Gloria Burton Obituary

Gloria Jean Hunt Burton departed this life at Montefiore hospital. She was born June 14,1954 to Richard and Francine Hunt in Halifax count Virginia. Gloria graduated from Halifax count public schools, moved to New York took college courses and vocational training in Microsoft computing she worked as a Medicaid Specialist at Morrisania hospital. She received various awards and accommodations for her caring, loving, loyal, personality and work ethics. Gloria leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband of 41 years Robert Burton of the home son Steve hunt of Bronx, daughter Tushan Hunt of clover, step son Raheem Burton of Brooklyn, step daughter Roberta Burton of Brooklyn. Gloria had two sisters Rosa and Frances. Grandchildren: Quamel Foster, Angelique Davis, Stefphin Hunt, Stefphon Hunt, Deandre Robertson, Tyanni Wells, Trovon wells. A host of great grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Gloria was a faithful Christian, she enjoyed participating in church functions, helping others in her community. She brought love and joy to the people that got to engage with her at any given time.
